FREE RESOURCES
FREE RESOURCES
TL;DR
I have created this page to bring together free resources, reflection prompts and downloadable PDFs to support self-understanding, neurodivergence, overwhelm, masking, burnout, boundaries and everyday life.
These resources are not a replacement for counselling, coaching, supervision, medical advice or crisis support. They are here to offer a helpful starting point, a moment of recognition, or something you can return to in your own time.
Start Here
If you are not quite sure what you need, that is okay.
You may have arrived here because something has resonated with you. Perhaps you are wondering whether you might be autistic, ADHD or AuDHD. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, misunderstood or tired of trying to manage everything on your own.
You do not need to have the right words before using these resources. You do not need to know exactly where you fit. You can begin gently, with one small thing.

Download my free Micro Book
My first micro book, The Second Conversation, is a gentle guide for those who replay conversations in their heads days after they've finished.
It's designed to help you understand what goes on when this happens and some gentle ways to begin to reduce its impact.
You don't have to read it all at once; you don't have to do everything perfectly. You can use it in a way that works for you, slowly, meeily, practically, or simply as something to come back to when you need it.

Resources for adults, parents and professionals.
Over time, this page will grow to include resources for different people and different needs.
This may include resources for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults, people who are questioning or self-identifying, parents supporting neurodivergent young people, and counsellors or professionals who want to work in a more neurodiversity-affirming way.
Future resources may include reflection sheets, short guides, checklists, prompts and downloadable PDFs. They will be designed to be clear, practical and easy to return to, without feeling like another thing you have to get right.

Want to know when there are more useful things here?

There'll be no hard sells, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Use these resources in your own way
These resources are designed to be gentle, practical and easy to return to.
You do not have to use them perfectly. You do not have to finish them in one sitting. You do not have to print them, complete every question, or turn reflection into another task you can fail at.
Take what helps. Pause when you need to. Come back later if that feels better.
The aim is not self-improvement for the sake of it. The aim is more understanding, more steadiness, and more support in a world that can often ask too much.
A note about support and crisis help
These free resources are for information and reflection only. They are not a substitute for counselling, coaching, supervision, medical advice or crisis support.
If you are in crisis, feel at risk, or need urgent help, please contact emergency services, NHS 111, your GP, a local crisis team, or a crisis support service such as Samaritans.
Send me a message
You are welcome to use these resources in your own time. If something here resonates and you would like more personal support, you can send me a message.
I offer counselling, coaching and supervision in person in Kingsbridge, Devon, and online across the UK.
